On September 8, 2023, the company was invited to the 1st Caraga Regional Tripartite Congress 2023, where labor related issues and concerns were brought to light and discussed. PMC-MMPRC Foundation Inc. and Sinug-ang Peoples Organization (SPO) are proud to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for their joint project, a 4-hectare calamansi farm aimed at uplifting the lives of low-income households in Sinug-ang. The project, valued at 1.6M pesos and funded under PMC's Corporate Social Responsibility, will benefit 45 families of the SPO and generate significant economic activity in the community.

ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR – The signing of  Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) took place on March 15, 2024, held at  Community Information Center in Sitio Padugusan, Sta. Cruz, Rosario Agusan del Sur; the Mindanao Mineral Processing and Refining Corporation (MMPRC) and the ten (10) new scholarship grantees from Barangay Wasian under the Development of Host and Neighboring Communities (DHNC), specifically in the College Assistance Program for non-mining-related courses, and the four (4) new scholarship grantees under the Development of Mining Technology and Geosciences (DMTG) program for mining-related courses. The BLGU Wasian, represented by its Punong Barangay, Hon. Jenny S. Calongo and the  overjoyed and proud parents and  guardians was also present.

Philsaga Mining Company's Security Enforcement Group (SEG) has launched a continuous Physical Fitness Program (PFP) to improve the well-being and performance of its security professionals.

Ferdinand A. Cortes, PMC Resident Manager - Engr. Alvin B. Castaños, and TLCR Manager - For. Gladess Dianne S. Buot.

BUNAWAN, AGUSAN DEL SUR –SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY: With its dedication to striving for zero lost-time accidents while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, which aims for continual improvement, Safety and Health Department in robust implementation with Compliance and Emergency Management, Philsaga Mining Corporation continues its Information, Education and Communication (IEC) as the inauguration of the activities for PMC Safety Day 2024 held at Nitro Contracting Services(Old Motor pool) last April 16. Hundreds of PMC employees and service contractors crowded the engaging IEC with its games and quizzes. The section also gives merchandise to the winners, which makes the participants enjoy the activity and makes their learning even more special. The section will carry on with its events and IEC campaigns throughout the year.
