In the Barangay of San Marcos in Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, a group of fishermen are benefitting from a project that aims to provide them with the necessary equipment to support their livelihoods.
The Provision of Fishing Equipment project, implemented on December 07, 2021, with a total cost of Php 195,405.00, targets 30 fishermen in the community. The project helps small businesses, and by providing them with the necessary resources, we can contribute to the growth and development of our communities. The project not only provides access to essential equipment but also supports the livelihoods of those who depend on fishing to make a living. The project aims to increase the income of the beneficiaries and improve their economic standing. Furthermore, the project has a multiplier effect, as the beneficiaries can use their income to support their families and invest in their communities.
