The Nueva Era Women's Association in Brgy. Nueva Era, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, received a much-needed boost to their water refilling station with the provision of a 1-unit Chariot Delivery Vehicle, thanks to a project implemented on December 07, 2021. With a cost of Php 156,684.00, the project aimed to provide the association with the means to improve its water delivery service and increase its income.
The Nueva Era Women's Association, which has 30 members, has been providing safe and clean drinking water to their community through their water refilling station. However, they have been facing challenges in delivering water to their customers, especially those in remote areas. The new Chariot Delivery Vehicle will address this challenge and allow the association to expand its reach and increase its income.
The project also included training and capacity-building programs for the members of the Nueva Era Women's Association, which aimed to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas such as entrepreneurship, marketing, and customer service.
The provision of the 1-unit Chariot Delivery Vehicle is expected to have a significant impact on the lives of the members of the Nueva Era Women's Association.
