FIRST CYCLE OF THE EMS INTERNAL AUDIT
ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR - The first cycle of the EMS Internal Audit for 2025 was successfully conducted over ten days, led by Engr. Shailene B. Padogdog and Engr. Mark Angelo M. Agustin as lead auditors. The audit process involved thorough planning, including assembling teams and preparing detailed checklists. Internal auditors visited various departments, conducted site inspections, and held wrap-up sessions to discuss initial findings with auditees.
Internal auditors, department representatives, and managers attended the audit's closing meetings. Engr. Alvin B. Castanos, the PMC & MMPRC Senior AVP/Resident Manager, concluded the audit by thanking everyone for their efforts and emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement and adherence to environmental standards. The audit's success was a result of careful planning, cooperation, and dedication from all involved, contributing to the ongoing improvement of the departments in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS).
