Proper nutrition is vital for children's growth and development, but many families in rural areas may struggle to regularly provide their children with nutritious meals.  This is where the Supplemental Feeding Program comes in, providing essential support to families and children in need.

Implemented between April 9 and July 13, 2021, in the barangays of Consuelo and San Teodoro, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, with a project cost of Php 150,000.00, the project aimed to provide 60 children with nutritious meals and improve their overall health and well-being.

The impact of the Supplemental Feeding Program has been significant, with the children now healthier.  The Program is an excellent example of how targeted investments in rural communities can make a real difference in people's lives.  By providing essential support and nourishment to vulnerable children, the project has helped to build a healthier and more resilient future for Agusan del Sur.
